Power Enterprise has developed the Camcon EX unit to control numerous Toyota/Lexus/Scion models equipped with variable valve controlled Engines, this unit allows the user to modify and change multiple setting points on the motor including real time timing adjustments with 500 rpm increments and the ability to modify the air /fuel ratio.
Increase an average of 15% Power and MPG of your stock & Tuned Toyota & Scion cars.
CAMCON EX can further advance or retard the camshaft angle with respect to stock setting of VVTi . And also it can fine tune the Ait/Fuel Mixture for power & gasmilage. See how Power Enterprise optimized VVTi engine's gasmilage and power/torque with CAMCON.
Cam Controller - Adjustment of Valve Timing is available +/- 20 Degrees from 2,000 - 8,000rpm
Air Flow Controller - Adjustment of Fuel Correction available +/- 20 degrees from 1,000 - 8,000rpm
Data Recording - 3 different Data Logging Memories available
Engine RPM - Engine RPM displayed in 500rpm incremints up to 8,000rpm
Shift Light - Informs of Shift Timing by present Engine Speed
Air Flow Voltage - Air Flow Voltate displayed per 0.01V (up to 5.0V)
TOYOTA VVT-i & VVTL-i
The CAMCON-T controls the VVT-I timing +/- 20 degree in 15 different points of 500rpm increments within 2000rpm to 9000rpm Range.
A/F is controlled -10% to +20% in 17 different points of 500 rpm increments within the range of 1000rpm to 9000rpm. Easy Installation
Enjoy drive with CAMCON Ex!!
What is VVTi ?
VVT-i, is a variable valve timing technology developed by Toyota. The Toyota VVT-i system replaces the Toyota VVT offered starting in 1991 on the 4A-GE 20-Valve engine. VVT-i, introduced in 1996, varies the timing of the intake valves by adjusting the relationship between the camshaft drive and intake camshaft. Engine oil pressure is applied to an actuator to adjust the camshaft position. In 1998, "Dual" VVT-i (adjusts both intake and exhaust camshafts) was first introduced in the RS200 Altezza's 3S-GE engine. Dual VVT-i is also found in Toyota's new generation V6 engine, the 3.5L 2GR-FE V6. This engine can be found in the Avalon, RAV4, and Camry in the US, the Aurion in Australia, and various models in Japan, including the Estima. Other Dual VVT-i engines include the upcoming 1.8L 2ZR-FE I4, which will see implementation in Toyota's next generation of compact vehicles.
For any motor sports enthusiasts who never satisfy with "stock" regardless the new technology, the Power Enterprise developed CAMCON-T that can further advance or retard the camshaft angle with respect to the stock setting. It can give more crisp power response at mid-to-high rpm and also adjusted for more torque at low rpm, and in the end it achieves better gas/mileage for a given out put power.
