If you have a Carbon Fiber Hatch on your Scion xB, you already know you cant reuse the OE hatch shocks.  They are far too strong for the lighter carbon hatches / trunks and will either bend or crack your Carbon Hatch.  Some people think they can get away with using 1 OE hatch shock on 1 side only, but that is NOT a good fix and will cause you further headaches.
